Rethink School Safety.
We don’t have to accept a system that criminalizes youth.
Students deserve more than just freedom from criminalization and abuse. We deserve real safety, and a community that loves and respects youth.

Representation
We believe that teachers, administrative staff and curriculum should be reflective of the current demographic of students in Providence.
We believe that students should have access to emotional, mental and trauma experts/counselors. Teachers and staff should receive mindfulness, cultural competency and restorative justice training.
We believe that the presence of law enforcement on school grounds does not uphold student safety. We call for a school district that is dedicated to uplifting and prioritizing student’s well-being.
